At Meller, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new sunglasses or watch aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any item within 14 days of delivery in its original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the product in its original packaging, including all protective films, cases, and cleaning cloths, ensuring the box is securely sealed.

  Ship to Meller

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
